Saturdays. I went out there last saturday. And there was a man there with blueberries and blackberries and I wish I'd paid attention to what the name of his farm was because those are the best blueberries I ever had.

Mills River Farm Market is a producer - only market. Our vendors' farms and production areas are all within 50 miles of the market keeping this about as local as you can get. Vegetables and fruits are within season ; so, you won't find tomatoes in May or peaches in October. We have locally raised beef, pork, and chicken as well as mushrooms, microgreens, baked goods, cheese, teas, and lots of other goodies. There are also some high quality crafts available for purchase that make terrific gifts. Credit and debit cards are accepted. SNAP/EBT is welcome. For every EBT dollar spent, receive a matching one free. Frequent cooking demonstrations, kids activities, and music make this market a great place to shop. Open May through October.
