Despite being a loyal customer for several years, I will never go back to this pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription 1wk ago and they never called to inform me it was ready. The pharmacist that took my order (Gabby) did not seem to care and seemed to be bothered by me just being there. There's no compassion on her part, neither of the pharmacist in charge either.Management pulled my record and the prescription had been ready all that time but when I made the complaint, he pulled the ready prescription back and put it back into stock and didn't give me the choice of buying it. He never apologized for his employees behavior.Sadly I'm sure I'm not the only person that has suffered ill treatment by Gabby & the leading pharmacist at the Mills River Ingles pharmacy. If you're needing a prescription filled and/or you need help, I encourage others to look elsewhere for medical help & advice.

The man pharmacist is okay but the woman is pure out evil would not recommend going to this pharmacy Had a death in the family and they tricked me by having me pick up 8 of my medicines which would make today 28 days so I should be allowed for me to pick them up today but she's making me wait the full 30 days and I have a death in the family in Georgia that I have to get to for the funeral but now I'm not gonna be able to make it because she wants to make me wait 30 days

The manager Kelly crook is so mean and negative towards her employees. It is disgusting that she is in a management position and treating her employees like trash. She has been caught on multiple occasions committing time fraud at the gas house from 8:30 AM to 10 to 10:30 AM. She rides the clock and what I have heard from her crew is that she doesn't do anything. She pawns her jobs off on the lower working people and leaves them with no help whenever they are slammed she disappears for hours at a time and nobody can find her and sometimes it with one specific employee she doesn't do it with anybody else. There has been a physical violence altercation between 2 of have her subordinates due to the lack of supervision, and had no idea because there was no manager there, so James Blankenship got a call from one of the employees because there was nobody there and the store was not open to the public yet, so James was asleep and this is what I called poor management skills. She needs to be retrained or taken out of the position because Ingles is a great company, and she tarnishes James name and reputation as a great store manager.

One particular pharmacist was so rude on numerous occasions, I've decided to switch pharmacies! The pharmacist here goes out of his way to make things as difficult as possible for the customer.

Ingles is ubiquitous all over Asheville. Great selection of all kinds of foods, veggies, fruits, breads, bulk etc. We used Ingles for our day hikes thru-out the Smokies and were really happy with all the cheeses, fruits, meats, cookies, treats, spreads, and veggies we picked up. Super convenient. Prices are crazy expensive but that is the fault of some forgetful guy and all the printing of Benjamin's ...just sayin Highly recommend

I live in Chicago and wanted to surprise a resident of Mills River with a birthday cake. I called the store and James the manage went out of his way to help me with my surprise! I am so thankful and the recipient of the cake was delighted!

I have been going to this Ingle’s Pharmacy for over 6 years now, and find it to be the best one I’ve ever dealt with. All the Pharmacists are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate, and will help you in every way they can.The Techs are friendly, helpful and work hard at their jobs. The front assistants are friendly, try to get you in and out quickly, and try to be efficient.I received both my COVID Vaccines here, and had no trouble. The Pharmacist (Candace) kept a close check on me for over 30 minutes, to be sure I was going to be alright. Not many would go to that much trouble.Candace, Tim, and Joel, are tge main Pharmacists I know, and they are like “family” to me. I drive over 12 miles to go to this pharmacy, although there are 7 others within less than a mile from my Home. I like going where they care about you as a person and a friend.

Worst pharmacy ever. Very rude Pharmacy assistance that are old and get confused very easily therefore this is not the job for them they have screwed up my own grandmother's medications over a handful of times and when she complains all she gets is a sorry first time okay second time and it's okay still but the third fourth fifth time yeah someone doesn't need to be working there and if this next time doesn't go how it should go I will be turning in to the state of how y'all run y'alls Pharmacy very unacceptable and also a little dangerous this is a 81 year old woman that that you're workers are jeopardizing her life if anything happens to my grandmother because of Ingles Pharmacy negligence you will have a lawsuit on your hands

You have plenty of paper towels. But only double rolls or bigger. Why in God's name would you alienate a good portion of the low income customers just to make a few extra bucks? A double roll of Bounty is almost $8 bucks. And yet a single roll was $3 bucks or less. I'm a single Veteran that lives alone and yet you're forcing me to buy a package of paper towels that's enough for 2 families. If you don't bring the single rolls back, then I'm going somewhere else. You no longer market yourself as a place to go for people on a budget. You don't even have low prices anymore. I wish Food Lion was still here in town. They might not have been the cheapest in town. But they cared more about their customers than money. Something that this grocery store no longer does.

The produce in this store is not fresh (in the least). Odd service at the deli. 1. I purchased green grapes Saturday night (I needed for a recipe and the best bunch I could find). On Sunday, 3/4 of the large bunch I purchased where browning, squishy and decaying...although they were refrigerated and misted. 2. Supposed "fresh" mint leaves were totally brown and wilting the next day despite caring for them with misting etc. I could not use them. 3. Lettuce packets brown out in 1-2 days! Produce is expensive and very unappealing to prepare/eat. 3. Prior to this visit, I waiting at the deli counter for 20 minutes as the young man there did not seem to know where items the person before me needed and kept going back to the back room. Never acknowledged me...I left. I would take them all back but the last time I shared an issue, the attitude was uncaring and I felt I wasted my time. I wish there was another store closer as this one does not seem to have any motivation to be good.

I am actually super passionate about leaving amazing reviews to celebrate businesses. I just left this ingles location and bc I hope the store will address this, I had to share that the cashier was the most unprofessional I've ever encountered and the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. Baylor didn't even acknowledge us. He didn't speak, interact or handle items with care. Yet when someone leaving said bye Baylor happy Easter he responded instantly. We were totally blown away at such lack of care to a customer.

Zero effort enforcing masks. Step up! Other than that, great store. But how can you post people at the door acting like you care and let them in?
