Food quality is hit or miss. Moldy fruit and vegetables are easy to spot - sometimes the meat is rotten and the sushi too. Time for a change in management?

This review is a year in the making. We all know Ingles is trash no matter where you go, but this location takes the cake as the worst in the area. Items will be marked down on display but when they are scanned, you don’t know whether or not its going to scan with the correct price at the machine. This happens to me EVERY SINGLE TIME im at self checkout. It’s infuriating. Half the time its not even worth getting someone to correct it bc theres no one around. Deli has been historically incompetent, but I will say its getting better. Place desperately needs better management.

This is a very large store that I could get lost in...Wide aisles, very clean, amazing selections, lots of cashiers at the registers, every department fully manned. If they don't have it, you don't need it :)It's just too big for me as I feel more comfortable in a smaller setting.

If you ever consider working here, DONT! It's like being in a toxic relationship. The bald headed prick isn't worth your sanity, Mr James Blankenship will say any an everything about your service dog! He HATES dogs in general an treats his employees like garbage! Literally working one day I turn around to look at a service dog who startled me by sniffing my leg an as soon as I looked up I noticed he was staring directly at me into my soul an told me to turn around....! This ingles just isn't worth it, there's PLENTY other places that will treat you better an be more considerate

Deli starts shutting down at 7:30pm. Ingles badly needs some real competition. If the store is open the deli should be fully functional too!

The prices speak for the stars but I’m extremely disappointed in their leadership! I called them about their manager harassing me over my service dog “in training”! On two different occasions Mr James Blankenship approached me for NO real reason whatsoever! The first time was because I allowed a woman to touch my dog, who had asked me very nicely by the way. His point was to remind me (controllingly) that the law says she wasn’t to be petted in stores! The second time was purely harassment for zero reason whatsoever, in front of his employees too, but he approached me twice to at day and even told me “I have something for you to kiss” when I was trying to walk away from him and literally said “kiss my butt”! So dog owners should definitely go to that store with service dogs because he loves attention!

The audacity of this company to charge 6.86 a pound for chicken and turn around and have rotten produce out. It's like stepping into a time machine back to late 90's Lowe's food. The sad part they have built a monopoly and the locals won't stop shopping them.Expensive.Poor quality.Unhygienic produce.Skip this place. Drive the extra distance for ANYTHING else.

Ever since the great paper towel/toilet paper shortage of 2020-21 ended, you stopped stocking and selling the Bounty paper towels in the single rolls. But other Ingles stores still sell them. I'm a Veteran on Disability with a fixed income. I'm not rich. People like me count on those single packages and low priced food to survive. So when you remove all of the low priced items in favor of the higher priced ones, you're not thinking about half of your customer base. You're thinking about making as much money as possible at the expense of your customer base. I found another place to get my paper towels. You won't be able to take advantage of me anymore.

One experience! Charged $17.97 for 6 pk of beer. Called to check for mistake in price, representative acknowledged after price check should have been $10.98. Was told "Bring receipt tomorrow and we will fix". I could live a hundred miles away so I needed a name but forgot to ask for it. I called back, talked to Jackie & ask for representatives name , was put on hold & was cut off. I called back immediately and spoke to representative RAY who said I was breaking up and he could not hear me. I called back immediately on a different line and ask for RAY or Jackie, Ray answered, I ask "can you hear me now?". He responded with " A little better, you just made 8 phone calls to get a name when all you have to do is bring the receipt and any manager will help you!". Kind of rude when all I wanted was not to drive back to hear there was no mistake in the charge which I wondered how it happened anyway!
