Gary, the Service Manager, has been wonderful to work with on my replacement gas insert!The staff is friendly, accommodating, and communicative. I wish more companies would take the customer experience approach and genuinely as Gary does!

Having had thier tank for many years when I called about no fuel I was told 150 gallons min,I am 66 and don't have good credit but have always paid my bill,was told sorry,have a nice day.would have been nice if they would have let me pay every month for 3 months. So it is going to be a very cold winter.
