Wanting on an expensive item scheduled for Friday. Got a call from mills river employee saying he was only one there and others called in sick. Said my delivery would be Monday. Got another call on Monday saying same thing. Said it will be delivered Tuesday now. Very disappointed. I keep rearranging my schedule to accommodate.

These clowns are the worst. I have my packages delivered to my local post office because they can never seem to find my house. So what do they do? They deliver my package to the post office after hours and LEAVE IT SITTING IN THE OPEN LOBBY WHERE ANYONE CAN JUST WALK IN AND CARRY IT AWAY. Amazon and UPS don’t do that; if the post office is closed they keep it and deliver another day; FedEx don’t care. You can’t always specify the carrier but if you can avoid FedEx - these clowns contract for FedEx because they couldn’t get hired at Denny’s.

Never delivered on time. Lied to management saying that we were closedTotally not true, we were Open our signs we’re still on? 453pm? He just didn’t try to deliver it to us on time. We saw him just sitting around vaping, out in parking lot, by Subway for 40minsWe waited & waited for our business packages. Never got it! Interesting 540pm he drove off?We have photos of him Fedex driver Driving offWe’re open until 8pm?

FedEx is the worst! I almost never receive a package if it ships FedEx. One delivery was left in front of a storage building five houses down. Today being Saturday, it’s been out for delivery until about 1 PM and then “address correction” excuse! Updated delivery day is now Monday. It was originally to be delivered Wednesday! There was nothing that needed correction on my delivery address. You can never talk to anybody in person locally. I can’t update my delivery instructions because of a “foreign symbol error”. When typing English letters and numbers!I’m at the point I will not order anything again if it’s shipped by FedEx, I will buy it from another store at even more cost to myself.FedEx is the worst!

We are not the first to receive a box that is not at our address, it has already been delivered to a neighbor's address ten times, he also delivered a pallet to the neighbor and they were able to deliver it, so we decided that they would redeliver and charge for it 177 dollars, despite the fact that they tried to deliver it not to us, but to a neighbor. I have never met such a company that worked incompetently. UPS, R+L, T-Force and other companies we have never had such problems as constantly with FedEx - to be honest, we do not use the services of this company, but it turns out that the sender delivers directly, and now we will demand from the sender Do not contact this irresponsible company. I don’t write reviews just on trifles, but we are already tired of it, because dozens of boxes come to us every day. and thus every delivery from Fedex is always a problem

Every time I have an order that uses FedEx, it is always late! I have never had a package delivered on its promised date. Not just during holidays, but throughout the year. The Mills River, NC location especially! I ordered an item that was promised by this past Saturday. It is now Wednesday with no hopes for it being delivered today either even though it says out for delivery! Not sure what the problem is, but this issue needs to be brought up during a management meeting...if they have those.

Why does FedEx have such a hard time delivering simple packages when UPS, USPS, Amazon, etc. are always on time?When FedEx delivers food, wine, perishables in general, I am usually disappointed.They changed my address to the Dollar General! I've been sitting at home waiting since 7:30 AM!!We pay to have our packages delivered to our house. Not 3 miles away at the Dollar General. On top of that it wasn't even there! And it's not here!So much waste because FedEx is so slack. One star is generous.

Every package with this sorry excuse for a delivery service is either late or lost. I wish companies wouldn't use them.. I run a business and I use UPS. Please! STOP USING FEDEX!

Must be laziest driver on our route- either our driveway is too dangerous for their truck (although it's flat and no other delivery driver has issues) or our residence isn't safe to leave a package due to theft (it's the only house around and we've never had a theft) or no one is home (even though no package is signature required and my disabled mom is actually home 24/7). They never call or leave a bite when a package isn't delivered. Been trying to find a way to call then but alas no hope. So fed up with this location.

They have delayed my shipment 4 days in a row. Every day they said my package was on the truck to be delivered, but it isn’t delivered.
