Extremely difficult to reach a human on the phone and when you do you can't understand them at all. This is a very expensive service.

Wanting on an expensive item scheduled for Friday. Got a call from mills river employee saying he was only one there and others called in sick. Said my delivery would be Monday. Got another call on Monday saying same thing. Said it will be delivered Tuesday now. Very disappointed. I keep rearranging my schedule to... read full comment
