“My family has been going to Apple Glass since they opened over a decade ago. The service is just amazing. They really care about the quality of their work. I brought in a really old pickup that had a broken windshield. Though it was a challenge due to its age, gasket/rubber requirement, etc., they really stuck with it and somehow got the job done. “I’m maybe a year late in reviewing, however these guys went above and beyond! They drove past my place as I was fending off a bear breaking into my garage (I was not a customer). They stopped, got out, fended off the bear for me, offered to fix the window the bear broke, and when my rental company refused to care or come out to fix it, they fixed it for me free of charge. They were my saviors. They did not have to stop or care, but they did. There are still good people out there, and these guys are them! Thanks y’all!”

“Tonya was so incredibly helpful! I hit a deer when two and half hours away from home for work, with no friends/family in the area to assist. The Enterprise in Hendersonville had no rentals and she took the time to personally call Enterprises in the surrounding area to ensure I got a rental. On top of that she was more than welcoming and accommodating as I had to wait 2+ hours for a ride. She made a stressful ordeal so much more manageable and I can’t express how appreciative I am. Additionally, Kevin gave me weekly updates about the status of my vehicle! And the condition in which I received my car was beautiful. “One of our neighbors had their car repaired by Gerber Collision in Mills River. Their car looked Brand New!! We took our car in for repairs and met Ryan, who looked at the damage and scheduled an appointment for us. On the day of our appointment, we met Jennifer at the front desk. We had scheduled Enterprise car rental to pick us up and she contacted them for our ride to their facility. We picked up our car yesterday and IT WAS LIKE BRAND NEW!!! Gerber ordered the parts, did the repairs, matched the paint (perfectly!!) and worked with our insurance. Our thanks to Ryan and to Jennifer, a very special lady who made our experience memorable.”
