I called Batteries Plus and was given a far better price for the repair, using the same equipment as the other shops. I made my appointment and went in. The guys there were super helpful and friendly. They said the repair usually takes a couple hours and to come back then. 2 hours on the dot and my phone is repaired. Everything functions correctly and the phone looks brand new.
I highly recommend the South Asheville location for Samsung phone repairs. I hope I never have to use them again, but I feel good knowing who to turn to.”
