They set the bar high for self storage companies! They were very accommodating with our time-line of booking and moving our excess in when moving from Maine to WNC. Ken is a great hard - working guy who will go above and beyond for the customer and we've experienced it first-hand. Thank you Ken and Arden-Mills River self storage!

Needed a storage solution really quick to help store overflow items while moving to Florida. Taylor was helpful in setting things up, explaining everything in clear terms and kept in contact as I managed two moving truck trips. Access to the units are good and plenty of room to maneuver even the largest of trucks (has RV storage too). Definitely a clean and professional place to store your stuff.

I kept my rv here for a few months. The place is well maintained and seems secure. The staff is helpful and responds to calls and emails quickly. Also they put funny. Harming messages on their marquee!

We've been a customer here for several years. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. They've been very flexible and work with us when we had special circumstances requiring additional space for a brief period of time. Great facility - safe, clean and well kept. We highly recommend these folks!

Owners were friendly and willing to accommodate my motorhome. Quiet and secure lot which is easy to navigate. Obviously make sure to read your contract like any other storage facility. Overall, a nice spot.
