For a small hardware store, this place packs a punch!!
They always have what I'm looking for, and if the items isn't in stock, they go out of their way to find it for me.
The employees are always very pleasant and knowledgeable and have tips for whatever I'm trying to do,.
Whether it's gardening or fixing something , they always offer tips and shortcuts to make sure thing go smoothly.
Nick has been especially helpful with helping me locate the right plants snd soil for my garden.
You guys are amazing!!

Five stars for excellent, friendly service and lots of good advice. However, be aware that even if their website indicates that something is in stock at the store, it may not be. Call ahead to make sure. But aside from that, I love my Ace Hardware!

This store is an exceptional ACE store because of it's customer service and professionalism. Another store closer to my home is much less worthy to represent ACE.

Ray at the service desk was helpful. Lady in paint area didn’t know where to find a color for concrete driveway. It’s okay I grabbed a steel tool to take the paint off in my driveway inside. Thank you for your help.

I own a small landscape company in Mills River. Three times in two weeks I have planned routes and jobs based on Ace's inventory shown online. All three times I have gotten screwed because actual in store inventory shown online is completely wrong. All three times Ace in Mills River has had none of what I needed, none of what their website said they had. All three times I've shown associates and managers what their website says and all three times I get something to the effect of "that's been happening alot and we don't know why". This has literally cost and lost me money literally, not to mention time. If you need to make money, or even just be productive and organized....do yourself a favor and just go to Lowes or Home Depot to start with because you'll probably end up having to go there anyway. In the future I'll avoid Ace at all cost.

I will go here before I go to Home Depot or Lowes. The staff are so helpful that I hate to go anywhere else.
