My neighbor below me got my water bill n brought by next morning. Few days later a got someone's and it wasn't even this street on it. I put back in box for pickup. My social security statement went astray for 3 or 4 days before it FINEALLY ended up in my box. This is a real regular happening on this route. I've gotten mail for house at beginning of this road. Millers Creek post office.

Hands down the worst post office I have ever seen. We pay taxes for a reason deliver our packages to our mailbox this is childish and lazy. My mailbox from my front porch is .1 miles ur rule is nothing over .5 also pets must be locked up and drive way must not be too rough. My dogs are in my house when I’m not home and my Altima my grandmas Camry my aunts Camry and my stepmoms Altima (all low to the ground vehicles) go up it just fine. Stop being lazy and get over yourself. If I knew who to call I would because you are abusing ur power and neglecting the people who pay your bills with tax money. Also forgot to mention they left my ar15 hand-guard I ordered outside next to my mailbox in the rain. Someone could have stolen it or it could have been damaged. They also done this with a keyboard I ordered.

Our miller’s creek usps needs to start delivering our bigger packages to our house. I’m sick of having to go there and get it because it’s bigger that what they can fit in my mailbox. My road is not that bad and I needed this package for tomorrow! This has happened 3 times now. UPS and FedEx come here all the time so why don’t you? Even my neighbor two houses down gets there packages delivered to their door. Trash service.

They won’t deliver your packages then will only hold them at the post office for one day before returning to sender.

They need to hire better postmasters to deliver mail the one that daughter is my mail just delivered something on the package says required signature by adult 21 or older but no the postmaster sign for it and stuck in my mailbox so she didn't have to come to my door what if a child ordered something that required adult signature and she delivered it to my mailbox all she did she would just give a child something that ain't supposed to have this is the kind of stuff that happens all the time and that's why so many people wonder why there's mass shootings this postmaster would just gave a child a gun or something else dang allowed for a child they need to hire better people

The older woman who works here with the curly blonde-ish hair is very rude. I've been seeing this woman for around six years now and she's just soured with age I suppose. All I'm ever doing when I come here is dropping off a pre-labeled package, she just has to scan and go. My thanks is always returned with "Mmhmm." And my have a great day is responded to the same. Just irritating to deal with someone so sour at a place that they choose to work at and that our tax dollars fund.

They put a note in my mailbox saying I had 2 weeks to make the area in front of my mailbox flat cover the area with gravel or concrete, so I bought 4 bags of gravel, I quit receiving mail shortly later but didn't get a notification that they wasn't going to deliver my mail, I "didn't put enough gravel". They proceeded to start sending all my mail back to senders. I miss Mountain View Post office, I have never been done like this any other Post office.

The 2 older women are rude Everytime we go in and i have to go in quite often to pick up packages or things of that sort because our mail lady refuses to bring it to our house says our driveway is to rough and im here to tell you ...its not its as flat as any other drive way I've seen her go up and the postmaster guy their "boss" just sits on the computer all day this is the sorriest excuse of a post office I've ever seen...1 star if it was possible to give 0 stars i would.
