Larry from this location was extremely rude, he would make aggressive comments and treats clients entirely unprofessionally, even going as far as to wave me and my friend away when we finished, it was a terrible experience. The only reason its not a one star was because the gentleman at the front desk was polite and they still got my new card printed.

I have done basic Notarize document. Today was the first time they said they couldn’t help. Apparently they can print of anything they get from personal email. That makes sense, if they would say so all the time ??♂️.

Worst bank ever. They double charge and pending processes don't show up till after a week. So stupid how they say one thing and never follow through. Now I'm in debt to this bank and want out now

This isn’t for this specific branch but their home refinance office/department of navyfed. They take forever to get their part done. They say one thing and do another. They call and email asking the homeowner who’s trying to refinance to do their job(of the refi office) or the job of the title company or whoever, to get things moving because the people they’re using are slackers and should immediately be fired. Constantly asking for the same paperwork that has been uploaded several times and emailed to several folks probably because they’re to lazy to look in the portal where it’s supposed to be and uploaded several times to. Constantly get automated reply saying they’re out of the office a lot. Most when I have spoken to them on the phone, when they answer or return calls, said they’re working from home due to Covid. I’m almost tempted to just not switch to them even though I’m possibly going to get a better rate. It’s so infuriating how pathetic the people and offices I’m dealing with are. Things I am required to do got done within 72hrs of being notified and I was checking the portal twice a day to make sure I’m on top of what I needed to do. It is pathetic

2 lane drive thru for ATM only! For a military friendly bank, why wouldn't you offer drive thru services when your customers can't get out in uniform!

2 Walk up ATM's 2 drive up ATM's hooked into credit union ATM network (works with my florida county employees credit union no fees and takes deposits too). It's sorta remote unless you live there but the four outside atms means nobody waits for one as a rule. Nearby other stuff you might want when you're out and fast food places.

Since headquarters decided on closing the drive thru they should have went ahead and just closed this location. Everyone who works at this location is extremely slow and does not seem interested in helping anyone. I came in just to pick up a pre ordered cashiers check and ended up having to wait 20 minutes just to get it because I had to answer questions right at the reception desk and 5 people went ahead of me, this was pointless because I had to go through the same process when reaching a teller.
