The only positive I can give about this experience is the fact they they were kind enough to meet me on a Sunday to take in my parts as our family was passing through on a trip to the beach. I was given a time from of 6 weeks. This was mid July. So first of September for parts I didn’t have to have until end of October, perfect… or so I thought. First if September comes and goes, no word from them, but hey no issue this car still isn’t near the November deadline for the couples anniversary that it’s being restored for. So probably around mid September I contact them just to check in, I’m told to check back in a few weeks they are running behind. Ok no problem. Check back at first of October. Still not down check back next week. And at which time I stress that we are already well past when I was told they would be ready and that I had to have this project complete for an anniversary. This is where the check back next week starts almost on a weekly basis. Got an answer of the parts are still at the polisher check back next week should be done this day or that day. Then get a call from the gentleman asking me questions about the parts and it seemed at that point they were just starting on them. Fast forward. Finally get a text that parts will be ready November 10. Drive the 2 hours down to pick them up. They were wrapped in plastic, great. They are protected for the trip home. I didn’t unwrap and inspect (my fault but hey at this point I had to have the parts back and wasn’t about to leave them there any longer, I had already missed the customers deadline). So get back to the shop, unwrap the parts. The shifter handle I had played looked decent. Some sand marks but inside the car never be seen. The hood louvers on the other hand are so so. Full of waves from sanding and grinding, paint overspray from painting down in the louvers (which I understand the chrome doesn’t get there well., warped, etc…. really poor job that looked rushed even after being 9 weeks past time promised. The price was fair, the louvers could have been better but can live with them, the time it took and the constant lies and excuses are the main thing that will keep me from giving this shop another shot!!

I am very happy with the quality of the chrome playing done to restore my SeaRay nameplates to new condition. Cost was inline with what I expected. May have taken a little longer than expected, but things happen in life and this is a small job shop. So it was kinda expected..I’ll be sending additional boat parts to be plated over the winter monthsThanks guys!

This is just the first part of my review. Your GPS is going to tell you to go to 10070 bethel church rd. , type in 10000 bethel church rd. and it will take you directly to the gate.I really liked these folks. I drove 2 hours and 40 minutes to give them my money and I'd do it again. Friendly, respectful, the work I've seen them do looks good and the price was reasonable. They gave me really good advice and pointers on working on this car.I will eventually post the finished products, but here's a picture of the before, front bumper, bumperettes and driving light bezels... rear bumper too but not pictured.Update; I retrieved my bumpers and parts last week, they are beautiful. Thanks guys! I will post pictures as soon as I can.

Very pleased. Shipped 5 or 6 parts to them to chrome. They did a good job. We will use them again. Images show the before and after. We restore vintage coke machines at Soda City Restorations and often they have chrome on them.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional customer service is horrible I got all my trim back and it was not complete it was not clean still had compound on all the pieces so I will have to clean everything myself for a service I paid for DO NOT TAKE YOUR PARTS TO HIM if you want a good job.

I had 460 ford aluminum valve cover chromed, they are beautiful, look very deep, very bright, I would highly recommend The Chrome Shop, his work speaks loud of his professional complete chrome plating.
