We recently relocated to the area and decided to stick with Fifth Third. The staff inside are incredibly welcoming, especially Christian, who patiently addressed all our inquiries. Highly recommend the Fifth Third Midland branch.

I'll like for someone to tell me how this bank can not verify a bank check that I deposited today from the bank that control my pension with out 5th 3rd putting a 10 hold on it... put told my wife when she dropped it off that it be 24hr...

NEW CLIENTS BEWARE: The first check deposited to your account can take WEEKS before it clears. My first deposited check was put on a 8 business day hold - 12 days total. I was not warned of this. To the contrary, I was told by multiple customer service specialists that my check would take 2-3 business days to clear. Steer clear of this bank. The staff at this particular branch are incredibly kind and understanding, but unfortunately this does not make up for the failings of the institution itself.

This is for the overall of the bankI keep my overdraft thing on to where it shouldn't overcharge me but they keep overcharging me at least 1-2 times a month I'm out of work due to injury an have no money on my account an it's not supposed to authorize it because I have it set not to authorize it if it is over my limit

My mentally disabled son has an account with Fifth Third. This is the closest location to us. Any time he has any issues with his account or his card, they always do their absolute best to assist him and explain things to him. The employees are always extremely patient with him. He has serious issues with his short term memory and they never get annoyed with his repetitive questions and concerns. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
