This branch employs the rudest, unfriendliest, grumpy women I have ever seen. Horrible atmosphere, horrible service. Won’t even honor a check written by one of their customers. This is exactly why I closed all my accounts with Fifth Third and now they are losing another customer. Why would anyone choose to bank there?

Been a customer here for a long time, even back in the time of First Charter Bank. Service across the company is getting worse, incredibly slow and inefficient. Might be time for a change.

We recently relocated to the area and decided to stick with Fifth Third. The staff inside are incredibly welcoming, especially Christian, who patiently addressed all our inquiries. Highly recommend the Fifth Third Midland branch.
