I have rented from Allen Storage in the past and I can honestly say that they are by far the best self storage facility around. They keep a very clean facility and go above and beyond to help people in need for storage and are the best at communication. Companies like Allen storage are rare to find these days, and are a blessing when you do. Allen storage will always be my go to facility when in the need.

Allen Storage is very professional, helpful, and courteous. We had a pod delivered to our house. Ramsey went out of his way to make sure he put the pod in our desired location, which was more of a pain for him, and so it was facing in the correct position for us.

Horrible security. My friend had a trailer there and somebody was able to get in and steal it. Not only did they steal her trailer, they were able to come back and steal another trailer.
