Anytime I’ve come here the ladies at the desk have been nosy. They asked me why I have so many Amazon charges and I said “because I ordered from Amazon” and I thought maybe they were just being careful of scams, until they kept on and wanted to go through all my charges like hello?? If I want to waste money on Amazon leave me alone!!!! Also they would randomly block multiple charges then not tell me anything, making it so I would have to call them and have a whole long conversation to just say let me use my card!!!! It wasn’t for rare or expensive charges though, one time it was literally for pizza!!! They’ve also give me some dirty looks like another reviewer said, also are they ever open anymore? The doors are always locked, but it could just be coincidence.

Called before I went, lobby closed 20 mins early and had no access to money in vault. Middlesex ain’t ready for the big time. Don’t waste your time. If you are going to close at 4:40 pm, then say so!!!

Banked with them for almost 9 years more for the convenience then anything else. Well if you like getting dirty looks when withdrawing money from your account. This is the place to go! I went to close out my account recently because I moved away and you would have thought I was stealing from them. Betty Jo was rude and short with me during the entire process. You’re best to go bank somewhere else.
