To me customer service is everything I have been giving to this pharmacy for five years. Words cannot describe how satisfy I am. Mr. Al, and everyone have impeccable service. In five year coming there and not ever an onze of negativity. Mr. Al would go out of his way to help the most that can in every way.. God bless you all ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

Well looks like a perfect star rating always gets more views than a one star rating! Old Gus Hildard was correct about what was going to take him over back in the mid 80's he "Gus" said I've been here 20 years and now the owners of the building want to put a real pharmacy at this location and I believe it's going to drive the way locals do business into the ground.. and almost 40 years later I believe he's 100% correct! There is no more personalized one on one business and a transaction with a common goal of mutual respect and honesty.

I contacted this pharmacy to see if they had a prescription in stock due to a mass shortage. The female associate seemed friendly; however when I asked her if the medication was in stock, she asked if I was with a doctors office or one of their customers and asked my name which I answered. She then put me on hold for 10 minutes and someone kept taking it on and off hold. In all Honesty it seemed like they didn’t want to provide that information, what I don’t understand is why not tell the person instead of keeping them on hold waiting for them to hang up and checking every so often to see if the person is still holding the line. Anyways, I called 20 different Pharmacies other than this one and they were all polite, did not waste a potential customers time and I was able to find a pharmacy that I could transfer my prescription to.

This pharmacy is no better then a street drug dealer they refused to sell to me cause my insurance will only pay what there contracted to pay and this pharmacy’s is trying to extort over 11,000 dollars from them

We would Absolutely not recommend Middlesex Pharmacy. They read or wrote my prescriptions incorrectly, causing me to only take half of my dosage of metformin and in turn causing my A1C to elevate, causing my dr. to think that i was not following instructions on food consumption. They did this twice and when i called and caught it, Kim, a pharmacist at Middlesex Pharmacy, let me know that it was irrelevant and that they were taking care of it. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The gentleman is very kind. He just needs new employees. The women are hateful and snotty EVERY time. Not to mention, they blatantly LIE to me frequently. Our family has had enough. We transferred our entire families prescriptions to Harris Teeter in Wilson and the pharmacist there said “oh! I have two more patients that are transferring from there, too. I can do it all at once.â€
