“Only gave a 4 star, because of the newer women working there. My husband and/or I stop by here almost daily. SEVERAL times we’ve heard the tall brown head women, and shorter blondish head woman, with darker eyebrows gossiping and laughing and making crude comments about customers. How often and how much “Jim Bob” gets beer, IS NOT your business. Because of “Jim Bob” and several other customers, YOU ARE EMPLOYED. My family and I have enjoyed the convenience and the friendly outgoing employees of Stamey’s and Cruz thru for YEARS. All your fellas and the curly headed younger girl with glasses are always so polite and friendly. But when you have people who want to put down and judge customers, in front of other customers, who KNOW these people (we live in a smalltown, we all know each other), that will do nothing but decline business. I may be just one person, but imagine every 10 customers heard this. All the younger kids are great! And Candice? I think is her name, she’s amazing and has always been so sweet and friendly when we’ve seen her. But the two, older, newer ones, need a lesson in customer service. We love and support smalltown business. But employees like this will run your hard work into the ground. Just wanted to give a heads up to you all.God bless,Ashton”
“Such nice people! We were pulling out of a VRBO rental when a low tire pressure light came on in my vehicle. Driving into the actual town of Burnsville would have been about 14 miles of steep/twisty roads with me anxious that my tire was flat, so I was thrilled to find B & B and they have an air hose that’s free to use! Luckily it was just the weather/temperature change causing my pressure to drop, but I was SO grateful that they have an air pump! I felt terrible that I didn’t need gas or anything so I hope this review helps them gain a customer or two. Also, their gas prices were similar to those we saw in the actual town of Burnsville… so it’s nice to know that they are fair/honest- many other places in the mountains were inflating their prices since they are mostly serving tourists but B&B did not.”
“I'm the store manager of this store. I'm very proud of my workers even tho I have to scowl them sometimes like they do me. I want customers to visit to a friendly place of business. If anyone has any complaints about the business or employees I sure want to know. We have plenty of vapes, good pizza, wings, chicken bites. We also have chips, drinks and pretty much all necessities. Come by and enjoy a friendly environment. Thanks for your patronage.”

“Good experience at laundromat. Only complaint is I feel like the employees shouldn’t collect the trash from the cans in the rolling clothes baskets or maybe designate one. ??”
“I am a care giver to my parents, and needless to say between their medications and mine it gets overwhelming. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond to help. For example, I just got both of them home from the hospital. My dad is bed ridden and my mother has dementia. I am also a single father raising two young children. Lindsey, Georgina, Kim, and Donna on their own found a care giver to help with burden. And Lindsey took on in her spare time to clean their house. They care for customers, and even though we as consumers can be rude, impatient, harried etc. They still deal with us with a smile and compassion.The crew at the front of the store managed by Kim are just the same. So take the time, even when your days is bad as it ever can be give a smile back and thank them.”

“This is my daily stop! I could go anywhere else but Becky, Brian and Beth make it worth stopping!! All three genuinely great people always cheerful and personable making stopping after work when you dont fwel like it pleasurable. I have come to know them and they are always there to help. Beth and Becky both know my brands and my routine before I even have to tell them. Brian is an excellent manager from what I've witnessed and the store is clean and run smoothly and efficiently.”
