I worked with the sweetest person, Peter, to get started on my personal internet needs as well as getting information on setting up for a future business account. Peter was so meticulous and honest about the products I needed, and what will help me run my business flawlessly. He is extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to push anything on me. He focused on my needs and tailored a plan that give me clarity and provided financial confidence. I’m so excited to get started knowing that I have Peter to guide me!!

My son and I went to the Mebane Verizon store yesterday to look into upgrading our phones. Even though I live in Durham and my son near Charlotte, we had a favorable experience several years ago when it was located closer to Tanger. Chris Tart was wonderful in explaining our options as far as phones and plans. Very patient, did not feel rushed or pressured. I definitely recommend Chris and this location for your cell phone needs.

Elisa was amazing. She helped us pick the best plan, appropriate promotions for what we wanted, and perfectly explained all billing changes. She took her time to make sure everything was right and was not pushy. She made the process of getting a new phone so smooth and easy.

I went to this store two days ago, with a question about my bill (I keep running out of data); I had the good fortune to first meet "Danny," at the door. He's from Burlington so, like me, he speaks Southern! That was a good start. He opened up the "black box" and looked at my account (we've been with Verizon since Moses wore short pants), and exclaimed, "you are in luck! Verizon's running a special, and one of your phones qualifies!"Well, I was unaware of an urgent need for a new phone--two months ago I got a 13; but Danny pointed out that my wife's 7 was practically an antique, and soon would not accept upgrades; but the really selling point was that, owing to whatever legerdemain Verizon's accountants practice, we could give her my phone, get me a new 14, and an unlimited data plan (again, my 4Gb plan was a relic), for almost no more money than I was currently paying!This looked like a deal I couldn't refuse, so I went back to Efland, got my wife and her phone, and back we went. As you can imagine, with all the phones to be set up and all the data to be transferred, this was not a brief visit; all told we were in and out of the store (time out for lunch), for three hours. But Danny displayed great knowledge and great patience and a fine attitude, dealing with two (let's face it) geezers. He knew the answer to every question, let us make the decisions based on those answers, and sent us off only slightly out of pocket, and ready to delay obsolescence for another several years!I highly recommend the store, but especially Danny. Ask for him; wait till he's available. You'll be glad you did.

I was a T-mobile customer who switched to Verizon. I ended up having text issues as a result of the switch. After MANY days and MANY hours on the phone with tech support and in person support my issues remained unresolved. I met with Daniel Bruns at the Verizon store and without his unwavering persistence and drive to fix my issue I would still be dealing with the same problems. I can't speak highly enough about Daniel. If you EVER have an issue with your phone, GO STRAIGHT TO HIM. If he can't fix your issue, you should probably just toss your phone out a car window on I-40. It can't be fixed. He will work tirelessly without food or bathroom breaks to ensure he has resolved your issue and ensure you walk out a happy customer. If I could give him a raise and promotion myself, I would! Daniel Burns is THE BEST! Don't suffer with your mobile issues.....go see the mobile doctor TODAY!

Elisa is absolutely amazing. I had ordered my new phone through another retailer and planned to activate and set it up myself, as I have many times before. This time I couldn’t get it to work and ended up unable to use my old phone anymore. Being a Sunday night at 5:15, I was worried because I rely heavily on my phone for work. I had remembered this location and decided to head over. Elisa worked with me to correct the issue and I now know where I’ll go next time I need to purchase a new device or have an issue.

I often dread going into the store for a phone upgrade, but Elisa at the Mebane Verizon store made it simple, pleasant, and far exceeded my expectations. She was straightforward and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I’d highly recommend working with Elisa if you have the chance! You’re guaranteed to have a great experience.

Gabe at the Mebane store was very helpful as we switched from droids to iphones! He was patient with our questions and even checked in with us a few days later to see if we had any new questions. We've been VW customers for several years and working with Gabe has been our best experience with VW by far! He's upfront and easy to work with and will be our go-to for now on for anything to do with Verizon!

My 3 year old LG was dying. Went in knowing I had to switch brands since LG stopped making phones and was a little worried about making sure everything was transferred as well as possible to the new brand. Austin was excellent; he had answers for all my questions and was very efficient in handling the whole process. Best phone upgrade I have experienced.
