I will not shop here at the one in Mebane NC or any Skechers again for that matter. The manager was very rude to me with a store full of other customers! I went to return some shoes as they didn’t fit and was told I could only get a store credit. I phoned customer service for two weeks straight and was told a district manager would phone me to resolve and no one called. Still upset because this has never happened at any other sneaker store.

Best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time employees were extremely kind and helpful went out of their way to make sure I could find everything I needed especially the manager Nikki who was extremely helpful And extremely kind.

This was my first time visiting this Sketchers location & talk about clean and organized. I had a nice young man named Reese help me with the exchange of a gifted pair of shoes for something that fit. Never made me feel like I had to hurry & a smile. That said I will certainly be coming back
