“I just want to say I received excellent customer service from Temp who is the Store Manager and Madison who is an employee there . I recently purchased a pair of Star Wars crocs for my 8 year old son and it was too small for him when I called customer service they said to take it back to the nearest crocs store for return or exchange, but they failed to tell me the shoe was a collaboration and it can only be returned online, but I didn’t find this out until after I drove over 1 hour to the Tanger Outlet store . The manager politely told me she couldn’t take the return because of the policy but because I was treated so rudely on the phone by customer service she did it out of the goodness of her heart ❤️. Temp thank you for being so nice ? to me and my son we truly appreciate your kindness and support and I will only buy my Crocs from your store ”
