“My package had to be signed to be delivered to me but i failed to since i wasn’t home. I later then scheduled a redelivery with additional instructions saying “check the mailbox for the receipt” and the person delivering my package failed to do so and marked it as “no signature” again. I emailed the office and they gave me a call back. The person on the phone was named darrel and he basically helped me out by saying he’ll leave a note and calmed me down from the entire situation. i later call the store this morning to make sure they saw his note and they indeed did and now have the package in a delivery van. DARREL IS AMAZING! 10/10 customer service.”
