My husband loves the performance collared shirts. They are really the only shirts he wears. The staff is always so helpful in finding sizes. And they are so friendly!

Customer service was a miss on this one. Although everyone was helpful, the Asian lady who was asked to help out her team to look for the sweater, the available size was on the back, she never came back and didn’t communicate. We waited for a long time until closing, two of her teammates followed up, contacted her, she didn’t show up but we were told that she couldn’t find the sweater in size Large. She could have said it to inform the customer but she chose not to inform the customer. The rating was ultimately based on the overall experience specifically for this one team member to look for the size in their back room.

Staff very helpful ,eso the ones that helped my boyfriend ,and I ,get ,some I deals , specials , Each time ,We visited,Every1,was very attentive, and kind ,and showed ,respect ,and appreciative ,of ,Our visiting ,we will look forward to visiting Polo Ralph Lauren again ??❤️. I love polo. Although I’m not satisfied with this experience, the staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. Sadly the store would not honor signage that said 25% off. The customer should not be penalized due to poorly placed signage. Not to mention, I received a text message from Paul saying the entire store was 25% off for Father’s Day weekend
The manager actually knew exactly what item and sign I was referring to. I’m guessing other customers were confused with the signing. Doesn’t that say something?
I had 4 other items that I loved but because they did not honor the 25% off, out of principle I left everything. Of course they didn’t care because someone will buy the items that I left but me personally, I will not support a store that does not value me as a customer.

I love this store. Great vibes! Everybody is so nice. I want to thank Rosemary for helping me find the clothes I was looking for.
Tavion and Hyde are awesome. Very helpful and super friendly.
Will definitely come back shopping again when I Visit NC next time.

Extremely busy on a Saturday, very well staffed and super helpful. I certainly appreciate how the staff takes time to help you even when it’s shoulder to shoulder busy….that’s the point here…GREAT STAFF❤️

The employees could do better at greeting customers as they enter the store. No one greeted me as I entered nor did anyone ask if I needed help. So I decided not to spend my money in the store
