“I have to pick up refills for my Mom on a regular basis-I’m sure they recognize me by now. Even if the refill isn’t ready when I arrive they put it thru and it’s filled within 10-15 minutes. All the folks there are always helpful and kind. Excellent service!”
“Walgreens Un Mebane is a great pharmacy and drug store. You can find practically any thing inside ie school supplies, make up, vitamins, peanut butter. The staff is very nice. The drive thru window's staff is awesome. Th3 pharmacy os clos3d from 1:3pm to 2pm to allow the pharmacist to take a break. They provide our prescriptions accurately and quickly. They recently posted a notice to provide better service some of our routine medicines will be done in a facility and sent to Walgreens for us to pick up. My husband suggested that might be a step to them providing a mail order pharmacy. The photo department staff is helpful. I like the seasonal sections ie Halloween costumes, candy and decorations. For Cheistmas they have Christmas cards, Christmas gifts, candy and Christmas decorations. Walgreens sells paper products also. They have some medical devices ie blood pressure cuffs for sale. This one does not have a blood pressure machine that customers can use for free. I think they used to have one.”
“I have been on the fence about switching pharmacies lately. Rachel Jones at the Mebane location completely changed my mind today. She cared, she was courteous, and she provided a solution. It is easy to work in this kind of field and be so overwhelmed that customers become numbers. I was treated like an actual human being today. Rachel deserves a raise and honestly if she isn't already in some sort of management, she should be. I was so grateful for the time she took today. CVS needs more Rachels! THANK YOU FOR ACTUALLY CARING!!!!”
