Whole transaction was terrible and since buying the truck in January have spent over $8k in repairs.Claims they need 3 weeks to inspect vehicles but that’s hard to believe considering the check engine light came on driving back from picking the vehicle up.Luckily we were able to have Penske cover that. Turns out a bunch of sensors were bad, out of pocket for a rental even longer…Not but 3 weeks after more problems…this time due to bad spark plugs and more. $2k this time. Gotta get a rental again on top of that.The most recent development was the cat went bad on an 87k mile engine. Another $4.5k down the drain.Dont waste your time and money on a truck because they do shoddy inspections and sell bad vehicles. Good luck having someone call you back.

Big shout out to MEBANE AIR!!!! They got my air up and running Friday....thought we would have to replace the whole unit but it fried the mother board. Thought they would have to order it but was able to find one in Burlington. Super service and great people!! My tech was super even after he got stung by yellow jackets that had built a nest under the unit!! THANKS MEBANE AIR!! Best company I have ever dealt with.

We had Mebane Air install a new unit this summer. well it just froze up during this storm. My husband called today and they sent Jeremy out. Not only did he fix our unit..... he helped get me out of the ditch my truck got stuck in (stupid ice) y'all these people are amazing!
