I wasn’t expecting to write a review for Oakley ever but I had an excellent experience the other day.
The store manager, Jacob, is a star. He was so friendly and helpful to myself and my partner, gave me additional info about my prescription Oakleys, and helped make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He hung out with for a while giving insight into the different lenses until we felt we could make a good choice. Jacob even showed us how to remove and replace lenses on our specific frame model. Super helpful! If I am ever back in the market for sunglasses or need to give a recommendation to someone else, Jacob is the first person I will think of and buy from. By far one of the best interactions I’ve ever had while shopping
