“Checked in at 8:30 am for 9:00 am reservation made a few days ago. Front desk took 3 fax numbers to send results to per our request. We were done and in car before our actually scheduled appt time. Did not get the staff name, but she did said she works in several offices and was an EMT. There were 2 staff members today. Each gathered info and then escorted that patient to a private room. Very efficient.”
