I do not recommend this vet. We had scheduling errors, miscommunications, wrong medication dosing, wrong medication dispensed, charged for things we didn’t receive, randomly overcharged almost $300 with no explanation. There was an error every time we went. I can’t make this up. None of these things would have been caught if it were not for me. Tried to give management a chance to resolve issues but in the end they wouldn’t respond to us. These issues would make me concerned that there is deeper issues going on. This is no exaggeration. Take your money and go somewhere else. This is way too unprofessional and messy.

I have brought my dogs to Mebane pet clinic for years. I always had a good experience and thought prices were reasonable. This has changed in the past year. They seem more interested in money than anything, always wanting to do extra, expensive tests. They recently operated on my dog for what should have been a simple cyst removal from her tail. It never really stopped bleeding and would not heal. They kept having me bring her back at the cost of over $100 each visit, in addition to cost of surgery. It never healed and another vet had to put her down. As I said they once were great but new ownership seems more interested in money.

I couldn’t be more grateful with Mebane Pet Clinic, they have the best customer service, they’re always willing to help, they’re polite and most importantly they have love and passion for their job, which reflects on their treat with our pets. We have 4 cats and they’re amazing with them, specially Emily, she always goes above and beyond!

We have been taking our 4 cats here the last year. They are always amazing, and they really stand behind their no fear treatment. Emily goes above and beyond, she is always kind and attentive and remembers all of their names. We really appreciate the work you guys do for our babies!

We love Dr. Cooper and the team at MPC! Their care of our super senior dog is fantastic, gentle, and thorough. The prices are transparent and fair as well. Highly recommended!

Came to Mebane Pet Clinic this morning thinking I had made an appointment with them, when in reality I did not. That was completely my mistake, however they immediately took me in with my found kitten no questions asked! They were so wonderful, sweet, and caring for me and the kitten. They were patient and kind and got right to getting the work up done on kitten, and I was in and out in an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I don't recommend walking in without an appointment as it is never guaranteed help will be available, but I got lucky today since they happened to have another appointment that did not show, and I am forever grateful for the vet Michael Chambless and the rest of the staff that helped! I have always had good experiences here. I came in recently for one of my dogs to have a mass removed and had 2 of my kids with me. It was a lot to juggle, but Kaitlyn was so helpful. She throughly explained what to expect, quickly went through paperwork and took great care with my fur baby. She even helped me out to the car at pick up! And being a busy mom, I always appreciate the follow up calls as well.Thank you Kaitlyn and Mebane Pet Clinic. You guys are great!

Kait and Dr. Starke are consistently wonderful and always patient with my endless questions about my cats. There's no other place I would trust with their care. I've always been treated with kindness and compassion, and getting on the schedule has never been an issue. Dr. Starke is thorough and always puts my mind at ease during visits. Kait managed to schedule all six of my cats and provided meticulous care. This is the best clinic I've been to, and I’ve been coming here nearly 4 years with no issues!

What it was back with Dr. E is no longer the case. Its truely about the money and if you have an appointment in the late day you can tell how run down the staff and the doctors are. Everyone is snippy at each other and the Doctors are less then pleasent.

I have always love them, they are great with my dogs. We go every two weeks to keep nails trimmed as well and they are great with my old English bully. They also are good about getting you in when needed.
