Really enjoyed my experience today. The associates in the Meat dept this evening were very personable. They also have a great sense of humor. If you haven't already, you definitely need to try the smoked salmon. It's Amazing!!!

The catering service was awesome, twice. I waited to rate the Lowes Catering services until we had placed two orders. Both orders were consistent in the quantity and quality. Our first order was to feed about 20, and the fried chicken was awesome, it received a 15 Baptist Preacher approval.
Our second event, a week ago, was for about 35. We had the 48 pc fried chicken and chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, and the fruit platter. Once again, the chicken was awesome, and the fruit was fresh. I received many compliments about the food that actually go to the Lowe's kitchen staff.
The hot food comes in covered metal trays and boxed to keep warm and for no spills.
Call a few weeks ahead to get the pickup time slot you want. Call a day or so before just to double-check your order and time.
Lastly, if you can feed a large group at a better price with great quality, there is no need to tell me because I am am going back to Lowes Food in Mebane.

Lowes is a very clean store that is well-laid out. It has helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere and great variety of selections.

My 70 year old mother went in today to purchase a special being advertised online only to be told they were all out, sorry. Wasn’t offered a solution but rather an insult. An easy fix would have been to honor the special and give a coupon for when then product was back in stock or a replacement. She was treated very rudely by the store manager instead.

Was grabbing some veggies. Nate asked if we were finding everything okay and we were in need of toothpicks. He walked all the way to the other side to show us. 10/10 service. Give homie a raiseSelf check out wasn't working but they rang us up at the cigarette register and apologized for the inconvenience. Customer service here is just chefs kiss

I went into this Lowes around the last week of December I believe it was on the 27th but wanted to write this review as it ticked me off/stuck with me once I left. ( I even signed up to Yelp just to get this information across). I wanted to get a cake for my brother's birthday on the day of but noticed that several of the cakes were not only freezer burned but most if not all expired. Not even a few weeks or days which in that case I would have understood but MONTHS. One I recall was from October another from November, I informed one of the bakers or employees that was working at the time but the person working couldn't have cared less. No eye contact, just an excuse and no attempt to even check the other cakes out the front as I had only given him ONE out of the many. Didn't attempt to check if they had fresher ones, just dismissed it and went into the back. I was a little annoyed but continued my shopping, and upon check out brought it to the attention of the cashier, who pretty much followed suit as the other employee, couldn't have cared less, didn't say anything, no attempt to reassure me that those we be taken care of, just stared blankly and wanted the interaction to be over. So in short, I'll be just going to the bakery across the street from now on as they care about their customers. I'm just hopeful that no one in the Mebane area unwillingly bought some expired food and got sick due to this negligence around this time.

Lowes Foods is our preferred grocery store. Clean, decent pricing and short checkout lines. Only issue is the displays in the aisles are constantly in the way of customers trying to get by each other and provide ZERO value. Today my autistic son knocked over the chocolate powder display. What value does a chocolate powder display provide other than to be in the way? Does anyone impulse buy chocolate powder?

This has been my go-to location for years whenever I'm visiting the Mebane area. I typically prefer Whole Foods and Harris Teeter over Lowes Foods, but the presentation and customer service in this particular store was always A+.I can't put my finger on it, but during my last few visits, something has just felt off (the look of the store and the environment) ?

Hello,I love this lowes ! My favorite but I do have one problem which is why I gave 4 stars. I ordered some pizza today at the hot bar and the white lady with glasses and hat was very rude. Looked like she didn’t want to take my order. I told her I would get a salad and come back for my pizzas and when I get back I didn’t know my pizza was as on the scale. She yells back “it’s on the scale” in a rude tone. I didn’t feel any great customer service or help. Just wanted to note that she should have extra training done on her customer service . Would be nice to hand the customer their food and smile. Just saying. Have a wonderful day !

Good selection greats folks except the jerk Joe who works in the meat. He needs to be working in the back not around customers. He is alway rude and the only person that is rude.
