No one around to help or answer questions...seems to be a common theme at this store as it is like that each time I go...and it wasn't a busy time when I was there.

Contractors don't waist. Your time going to this lowes they don't have really good costumers service at pro cashier at the register in the other hand you only pay $500 if is phone sale no more in that don't waist your time to get your materials here better to go home depot

My wonderful landlords ordered a new fridge/freezer since mine is not working. They went to Lowe’s and were told it would get delivered Thursday, the next day. It did not come. They were told it would be delivered in 7 days. Since that was not what we were already told they spoke to the manager and he said it would be delivered Saturday between 9-1. It is almost 2 and they are not here and she has been on the phone almost an hour because they kept transferring her. This is not acceptable and has turned me off of getting anything from Lowe’s. Customer Service is disappointing, sales is disappointing, everything is disappointing about this place.

Your employees have bad attitude. if I ask for help they get mad at my request. I was buying paint and Your employee at the desk made a comment that the paint that I was buying wasn't shown on the desk because it is considered the cheap paint, implying that it was inferior quality.

The storm door we purchased was missing the handle. We called the store and the associate was friendly. But was not able to assist since the manager brushed us off, telling the associate we should call the door company. This was/is unacceptable. We purchased an item that clearly states the handles are included. What we received did not match the description. The associate said she will arrange for the manager to call us. The manager has not called. To my mind Lowes sold an incomplete item and the manager demonstrated a clear lack of customer care.

Close by for us and has most everything you would expect. Finding an employee is often difficult but if you don't need help, it is pretty easy to find things with well-marked aisles.

This place is what Lowe's is, but it was nice to have a good experience and workers that were knowledgeable and were able to help me find stuff and not act like it was a burden to them like in some other stores I've been in. Five stars

Tauwana in the delivery department is incredibly helpful. (Five stars for her!)
I’ve had a partially delayed appliance order for weeks, she gave me more information and helped get part of my order delivered asap.
One star for Lowe’s email notices and delivery rescheduling online tool, they are so unhelpful I have to keep calling the store for real updates and delivery rescheduling.

They had everything that I needed and some things were even on sale. I did an online order and everything was ready for pick up in just a few hours. Totally love this Lowes!
