“I hesitated going to this Pandora because of the negative reviews, but after going to Greensboro and experiencing terrible customer service (reps not wanting to be bothered, sales girl on her phone while helping me and my daughter) I thought it couldn’t be any worse. I’m so glad I decided to ho to exchange a bracelet and I wish I could remember the young lady name who helped me. She (as well as the other rep doing online orders outside) were very nice and helpful! To anyone reading this, please go experience the store for yourself before crossing this Pandora off of your list!ugh nice that the people in the Greensboro store.”
