If you are searching for a realtor, look no further than Paula Carr. Wow. I am blown away by her knowledge, guidance, and genuine care through the entire home buying process. She will have your back from the moment you start looking to far beyond closing and is extremely organized and timely. Furthermore, she knows a significant amount about home quality, potential repairs/costs, and reasonable home value. Paula goes above and beyond (evaluating crawl spaces, foundation, hvac, roof, etc) to ensure you are educated on the home beyond just face value appearances.
