Located inside the Tanger outlet mall.You will need to park in the parking lot and walk into the storefronts.The staff was friendly and helpful. And we can out with a couple of pairs of new kicks.Midas 5-stars for the selection and friendly staff.

My preteen son needed good shoes for running and working out. He is getting inserts to help issues with growth plates and good shoes to go with them. Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and sensitive to my budget. Great shoes and great staff.

Five start review, 4 stars for the store and the fifth star is for the sales associate Jamal. Jamal took extra time to help us and was very personable. We are extremely appreciative of Jamal’s excellent customer service and friendliness.

My wife was treated disrespectfully on 2/27 in the store. The store manager Fouad was super rude.We ordered shoes to ship to our home because they didn't have the size that we need in the store. After receiving the package, we found defects on one of the shoes. So my wife had to drive one hour to the store to make an exchange. The store manager Fouad wanted to charge her $9.95 shipping fee for the exchange which my wife didn't agree because it should be a free exchange for a defective product from ECCO. Then the store manager said to her-how do I know if it was you damaged the shoes or not. OMG!!! It was a new shoe just got out of the box with all the tags on!!! Is it how ECCO trained their store managers to talk to a customer like that?I will file a complaint to the corporate.
