My husband hired Mr. Cook to replace a transmission in his 2003 GMC Yukon XL. It took him 2 weeks to even look at the car. on 5/7/20 paid him $850 to buy the transmission, on 5/8/20 Mr. cook finished the job he was hired for, my husband paid him the remainder balance of $450 on 5/8/20. Mr. Cook told him there was a 30 day warranty on the transmission but should last him a few years. On 5/29/20 the transmission failed and Mr. cook has ignored his calls for weeks, to then tell him today on 6/12/20 that it’s past the 30 day warranty and refuses to honor it, even though we have proof of calls that were well before the 30 day mark. Buyers beware, go ANYWHERE else. This is not a honest business he had no problem taking our money, and basically scamming us. We now have to get a new transmission again but from a different company, and have no choice but to take legal action against Mr. Cook. Don’t do business with Mr. cook, unless you want to be out of hundreds and still have the same problem you hired him for.

OMG They Did a amazing work on my Acura Integra LS , All my brakes and Rotors were done perfect and my sweet 90s car drives like a champ , Highly Recommend this shop if you need professional work done to your car, The people in the front desk are nice and polite to everyone. Thanks once agian and sure iam coming back here in the future.

Very unprofessional. Dishonest. This man basically stole from a disabled elderly . He sold him a transmission that he knows does not work . When the man reached out to try to clear up the situation the young man said “ tough luck “. This is wrong and unprofessional. Do NOT go here . It would of been different had he attempted to make it right but nope he decided to be a j*** . There are plenty of honest appreciative mechanics out there . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I highly recommend Dodson's. We have taken our vehicles to them often and we are ALWAYS pleased with the experience. They are efficient, friendly and reasonable. I definitely recommend them for any and all vehicle maintenance/work.
