Best experience ever. I was shocked on how beautiful this chick fil a is compared to the ones in Durham. The staff is super sweet and welcoming. Hopefully I come back here soon. And the chickin-minis, were amazing soft and warm. Like fresh out of the oven ? the chick fil a’s in Durham could never. I wish could give this location a 10 star!

Best fast food in my opinion! They always get it right and I've not had an issue receiving someone else's order however I will state that I repeatedly get the bags of ice and at least twice a week they are out of bags and try to pawn me off for large cups of ice which is in nowhere equal to the five packs of bag and I have receipts to prove all of this and I have called you guys multiple times and this is happening in the Huffman Mill and University Drive locations both. I also wanted to indicate that the food quality for both the Burlington locations has gone down dramatically. First the fountain soda does not taste the same the fountain part of it just doesn't have the same taste that I regular fountain soda wood from somewhere else like say Walmart or any other restaurant in that area it tastes extremely differently and also anytime I get a drink from there I come away feeling nauseous for at least 4 weeks and this doesn't matter whether I eat or drink but it is worse when I drink food and I don't have any allergies to speak of

You ought to be ashamed of yourself! I only went here because of my client. I stopped patronizing the chain a long time ago for other reasons not food related. He got a regular meal not a kids meal so tell me why these baby looking pickles are on here? It's ridiculous how expensive things are and people don't get what they pay for. Can't even get more than one napkin! Ridiculousness
