We were recently in this store over the weekend and the sales associate Maurice went above and beyond our expectations in assisting us. Our oldest son has Autism and making decisions are never easy for him. Maurice took his time and wasn't in a rush to make sure we got the absolute best shoe for him. He was friendly, funny and engaging to all 3 of our children, and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely work with him. 5 stars for sure!

Wanted to give a shout-out to the associates working at the outlet on 1/28/24. My husband and I shopped there and had accidentally left some of our other purchases in the store. The sales associate found us as we were leaving the outlet mall an hour later to give us back our purchases!! Great store - very friendly staff!

I bought pair of shoes 6 months ago and now it's not wearable. A piece of metal popped on the back of shoes and its hurting my feet. When I called the store they said they can't do anything about it !! I don't recommend asics shoes they are not reliable ?

Great staff experience! Samaria and Maurice greeted us as we were coming in and made our shopping experience feel personalized(I myself appreciate things of that nature). My wife made a nice fall purchase, couldn't really find a sneaker she liked but we'll definitely be back.

Didn't find what I was looking for but the staff experience was great and they had recommendations for other stores in the outlet. That's just great service when people know you can't get what you need from them but know where you can find it.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! ????I went there June 28 on the afternoon. As soon as we walked in we couldn’t tell the customers and staff apart. After walking around for a little bit the staff was only helping white man, nothing wrong with that but we did not even get a simple greeting. The staff, a white middle aged woman and a black middle aged man were helping only white people in the store, when we walked up to them and asked for their help on shoe sizes they looked at each other as if we were bothering them. Even though both of the registrars were open employee named “JERCOX” told us to go to another one and somebody went in front of us and he still took them first. The store is just such a red flag ? never coming again!

I can’t recall all the times I found absolute steals on running sneakers and exercise clothing here. I have bought shoes for myself, my wife, and my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law and I require wide sizing and always find the right fit. I even bought a pair of polarized shades here thar are awesome. Staff is helpful without doing too much.

I wear ASICS because they feel great... and I have a definite foot issue. The staff was helpful, and this time I found the perfect pair in the clearance area. My last shoes are 5 years old and still in great shape... just needed another pair.
