Drove some distances to sell my china to them. Only to find out that an appointment is necessary. To get that appointment you have to already have an offer. What a waste of time. Pity for them though, because according to their website, they are out of stock of the china pattern I have. Well at least most of the china pattern I have.

I usually stop by Replacements when driving from Charlotte to Raleigh. They have a ton of settings, including crystal, silverware, china, jewelry, and more! They also have seasonal ware.

Too bad I returned -- now my impression of you has plummeted. Years ago this lover of china had the most delightful visit. A friend and I made the trek from another state with our wish lists in hand only to be met with angry, rude employees, (although the folks in the warehouse were nice). We galloped through the tour, which was clearly an imposition to our guide, as her lunch break was imminent. My friend couldn't hear much of what the guide was saying, so she was looking around and was reprimanded for doing so. Showroom wasn't any better except when we were just browsing by ourselves. I'm very disappointed, and so was my friend, who had never visited before.

All merchandise I have ever bought (which is a lot) has arrived well wrapped/padded & intact as well as fast; however the site offered a 10% discount which I was unable to apply to my order. Overall, I think the merchandise it overpriced!!!

My wife spent 3 days preparing the 4 boxes sent and 4 weeks later they sent an email with a value of $35 out of the $400 their values stated our unused cookware would be valued at. But guess what that piece worth $45 was the only piece out of the dozen we sent. Don’t waste your time on this company.

My pattern of stainless steel flatware (long discontinued) was available through Replacements Ltd. Husband is a chronic loser of soup spoons. Six more are on their way! Easy ordering process too.

Selection is easy. I don't understand why I had to keep confirming information I had already given. Too many confirmation buttons. Repetitive and frustrating.
