I have been hearing about this place for many years because of ads in several women’s magazines. It therefore has longevity. Seems like in the 90’s I might have ordered something because I remember a packing slip from there.I used their site for pricing my grandmother’s china a couple of years ago for her estate sale. No one wanted to pay the prices although I deducted some money off what Replacements had posted.I added them to my google maps saved places yesterday and now google is asking me for a review.As I have never actually been to their office/warehouse or verify fair pricing I can’t justify a higher rating.

I have owned a set of dishes for decades and needed several replacement pieces. I was so happy to find them available in your website for a great price. We received them today and I can't tell you how impressed I am with the ease of ordering, quickness of shipping and more importantly how wonderfully they were packaged! Great selection of all popular patterns. Also has a far selection of those one off patterns. Lacking some Syracuse Railroad china, which they had more dogwood patterns.

I received plates that were in good condition, as pictured. However I called up to ask a simple question about obtaining the invoices, as there was a problem with my login, and the customer service rep was incredibly rude. Instead of answering my question, he spoke to me as if I'm a computer illiterate. The question could have been answered with two simple sentences. Instead, he started explaining: 1-how to create an account (detailed directions); 2-the benefits of having an account (detailed description) He went on and on and wouldn't listen to me so I could get an answer. When I finally asked him to be still and listen to my question, he said, if you don't want me to speak, then we will scan in the invoices and email them to you. Again I said, please tell me how to find the invoice. In the end, amidst a lot of unncecesary verbiage. I was finally able to ascertain the answer: 1-create a new account; 2-click on order history and you'll find all the receipts He could have said that to begin with and we could have finished in one minute. But to give me a long unnecessary soliloquy and not listen to a word I was saying, is rude and offputting. So much so that despite the fact that I was satisfied with the order, I don't want to do business with this company again. I expect when I call customer service, the rep should listen to my question, give a concise answer, and treat me in a courteous and respectful manner. And if I have further questions, I can ask.

Incredible store. Plan a whole day to visit as there is so much to see. Staff greeted at entrance that were very friendly. Downside there was a lady that had a European accent that was really rude to me working the desk.

I've purchased numerous items from Replacements, to fill in additional place settings of tableware as our family has expanded. I've bought stunning serveware and replacement flatware. Every single item I've purchased is exactly as represented, delivered promptly, and wrapped, packaged and delivered as promised. This is an absolutely fantastic company with which to do business.

Replacement Ltd had the product I was looking for. Websight was easy enough. I probably waited too long to order but am disappointed that two forks to get to me takes between 7-10 days and for another $70+ I can get it sooner. No I'll just have to wait. I must be getting us to be an Amazon Prime customer. See fork in photo.
