Walk to purchase a product and add to cash app when I was forced to use self checkout when self checkout don't accept payment for cash app. The they argued with me that I'm in the wrong for not wanting to use self checkout. And watch out for Tracey. She has the poorest attitude ever in the history of going into stores to shop.

Shelves are empty. You can't get down the isles due to boxes and trash. I just left. I got a young son that needs a job and it looks like that store could use more help.

I want to thank and recognize sales associate,Jacob, for going above and beyond to assist me this morning with balloons. He took extra steps to inflate balloons with very cumbersome confetti inserts and I appreciate his efforts. He even retrieved a balloon that slipped out of my hands, from the ceiling. Truly an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! He said this is not his regular store so I'm grateful he was there this morning to help me!!
