This location is always ran by one person only, in other words it doesn’t matter how many people work at it, the one lady always takes care of all customers even when the other associates are not doing anything! The other ones don’t even acknowledge you!!! So frustrating! This lady should get some recognition KMACGEE

They never pick up the phone. I've called so many times at different times and they never answer the phone! I will be looking for a news bank!

Manager has not shown up at the time of opening. Apparently she is not expected until 30 minutes after the bank has opened. Customers are 10 deep in line, and employees have taken over 15 minutes to perform a simple deposit. Employees are laughing and joking and not offering explanations to frustrated customers.

This is an awesome branch to bank with since the bad apple has been weeded out. Everyone knows us by name and take time to chat, not only with me, but with my 4 year old. We enjoy banking at this branch in particular and bypass other area branches just to come here. Keep up the good work guys.

Great for business owners. Woodforest really tries to get involved with the community and will try to help promote your business at all local Woodforest banks. They have been wonderful.
