“I had to go to boost Mobile,first thing this morning and to my surprise, there was a very nice lady who helped me tremendously.
It’s very rare,that I’m pleased with customer service , there’s a lack of empathy and understanding in the world today.
I need a new phone ??♀️but can’t spend $200 on it right now , however, I did need, to add a data package , but all of that is irrelevant because I’m here to talk about how great the customer service was?
I do not know her name, but she seemed to be new, due to the fact, that she had to get assistance to add the data package, which was not a problem, and matter of fact, I love that she asked for help,so that my data, did get added to my phone properly.
She was very accommodating, informative, and knowledgeable , when discussing the newer phones, and my options.
She was professional, and even after deciding not to purchase a new phone, she continued to help me ??
Highly Recommend this location, I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t had any issues ? EVER
