Never met someone so rude. I went to go get a car battery this morning and the worker Melissa had a stank look on her face as soon as I walked in. No greet no nothing. While she was helping me she acted like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. When we stepped outside to look at the model of my car she didn’t even open the door for me she let the door come back and hit me in the arm and the same thing on the way back in. After I checked out it took everything in me not to snap. I’m sorry but this girl puts AutoZone to shame with the negative attitude and no respect for their customers. I will be going to the AutoZone in Eden as long as she works here. I do thank the nice man for putting my car battery in that’s why I added a 2 star

Went in to exchange that I had bought the day before the bill had a little bit of grease on it they told me that the belt had been used and would not refund the money or swap it out had to receipt in hand

Took a headlight bulb back for refund. Was bought with my bank card and due to fraudulent activity, bank cancelled that card and reissued another (still haven't received). Since the refund would be $112. It had to go back on the card or "it would flag the lost prevention", the seasoned coworker stated before he turned and walked off. Now, I had my receipt, they had been paid, so what difference did it make how I got my money back? My cashier messaged his boss and when I got home he called and the manager had approved him to do it. I appreciate what my cashier did to help me out and waving me over to his register before the other guy.

I went into AutoZone yesterday for a simple headlight change. I was helped by John. Bought the headlight and it turned out to be the wrong one. “No big deal, let’s get you the right one” John says. By this time the store manager Melissa came in and they both began to help me. I struggled to get the new headlight in and Melissa came out to my car and instructed how to get the bezel clamp off. Due to it being a HID type headlight she told me to make sure not to touch the bulb. She even got all the tools I’d need to do it myself which was a life saver. I got the bulb in and still nothing. I went back inside and got a brand new bulb and still nothing. She did a little research and advised me to check a hidden fuse panel under the hood and that this specific vehicle takes a fuse for each headlight due to it being HID equipped bulbs. I looked and located a blown 20amp fuse. So not only did these two give me every tool I needed, came out and guided me , spent over an hour with me in/out of the store and gave me multiple bulbs w/ballast. They found out that it was a $ 0.11 fuse and it saved $133.00. This is ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service !!! These are incredible humans and extremely good at their job. They are extremely intelligent and very dedicated to making sure the customers are getting the right parts and even going as far as to come out and check progress and help with tools. They saved me hundreds and kept me out of the dealership which would have been even more money. Faith in humanity restored. Go see Melissa and John!
