I was lied to . I was told that the mail person was in route to bring our mail but I am now sitting here 9:31 pm and still no mail anywhere on Austin st. Isn’t it illegal to hold people mail? I will be filing a complaint and also I had a really important piece of mail in there.

The so called manager Lawanna Locklear and her side kick that work there are the worst people to talk to for customer service! Both of y’all need to be at the house holding up the couch! Rude as hell!

i get other people's mail and now we are not getting our mail, also very hard to get through to the maxton branch on the phone.
