I went to there to get my car checked . Onetime my car was making noise and they helped me to check and fix . I also went there for my oil change . They are so nice to me . The manager and the service advisor. Thank you Kyle for being so nice and help me to understand!

Woodie's is a joke. My car breaks down requiring a tow truck so take it here they kept my car for 5 days. When I called twice for an update they didn't return my phone calls. Finally the last time I called they diagnosed the problem and gave me an outrageous estimate. I declined and went to another shop and they gave me an estimate that was 1/4 what Woodie's wanted to charge me. Wow.

Needed brake pads changed. They told me I had to replace my entire brake system because "thats how it done" gonna cost me 1300 for my brakes. I was told "no one in charlotte will do your brake with just adding new pads".
I took it somewhere else. Got my brakes and a new battery installed for under $500. Needless to say every time Ive gotten an estimate its always been a lot higher price. BUT to be fair they were really respectful and kind. At the end of the day im paying for twice as much for the same service.

Nice people and I’m hoping they are trying their best but tried to oversell and were not accurate or truthful with their estimates or timing on car.

GO HERE FOR YOUR SERVICE NEEDS!!! I’m from 3 counties away and needed an emergency tire repair. Brian Biggers (manager) looked at it… took care of my tire. Being a female alone in a shop, I felt comfortable and was more than pleased with the service!! I would give 10 stars if possible!

10/10 recommend, I had an issue with my power steering and I called to check availability and they told me to come right in. Once I arrived they took my information and got my car right in to be inspected and once they found the issue, DJ explained to me as well as showed me what was going on and that was so refreshing to have that provided, especially as a woman at a car shop lol I would talk cars with DJ all day long, thank you so much for all of your help!

The customer service is great but the prices are high because they honor a three year warranty with parts and labor which is unheard of these days.
