“I was on a day trip 3 hours away from home and was having trouble with my bra. That is not something that is easily fixed when you are my size. I called this Lane Bryant, and the worker was fantastic! I described my need and when I entered the store she had it ready for me to try on. It was a perfect fit and she helped me remove the tags so I could wear it out of the store. I wish I could remember her name. She was my angel that day!”
“Not as great as it used to be. Selection in jewelry and accessories has significantly shrunk and the checkout lines have significantly increased. Best to order online and pickup in store.”

“I've visited this store several times within the last couple of months. Today I experienced stellar customer service from both Jessica and Tyler. They were both quick to greet me, and Tyler quickly brought to my attention that I accidentally picked up a "Try Me" lip gloss. Jessica jumped into action and recovered an unused bottle quickly, even offering me various options. They tagged team my checkout, and made sure to make me feel welcomed. Its great to see that great customer service still exists.”

“The store is a wonderful find!!! They have such an amazing assortment of handmade items, jewelry, body products and home goods. The best part is In the back of the store. They create the most beautiful and unusual live plant arrangements. One of my favorite stores in the Charlotte area.”
