Dealing with anxiety and depression. Due to the Lose of the mother of my child. Last thing I need is a rude pharmacy assistant, pointing her fingers and yelling at me. I requested information on why my medication, which is not a controlled substance, was being withheld . Apparently, Walgreens feels their opinion matters more than the discretion of a medical practitioner. The manager on shift somewhat mitigated, my frustration. I was able to get my medication, but after two days of anxiety . I asked the pharmacy assistant if she enjoyed her job solely because she was so frustrated and raising her voice at me . She needs to take accountability for her actions and understand that speaking to people that Way is not helpful by any means . I met her regression with equal force, and at that point, she walked away from me and left me at the drive-through with no point of contact. I had to enter the building in order to obtain my medication where she blatantly lied about our interaction. I was unable to get any information of the leader ship team and was directed to an 800 number constantly . Very unhappy with the whole interaction and the customer service was horrendous

An older woman employee walked right by me.I said good morning and she kept walking . Pharmacy staff sent me to the wrong ilse twice for an The pharmacy tech looked like I was bothering her when I asked for a second time where the item is.Very sad !

I have been going to this pharmacy for 3 years and never had a problem until today. The pharmacy tech at the drop off window was nice enough. However, Makayla the pharmacy tech at the checkout window was very nasty and also rolled her eyes while speaking about the prescription, just when I asked a question. I just found this young ladies attitude to be rude and condescending. So much so that I spoke to her about it at the end of my transaction. The young lady tried to smile and clear it up at the end. It’s sad to say but this will be my last time frequenting this place of business. Take your money somewhere else!

I'd go to zero stars if I could. The customer service in this store is lacking in EVERY way. Each new cashier has a worse attitude than the last.

We've been frequenting this location as a family for years and I wanted to show them some love as my mother and I just completed our first round of COVID-19 vaccinations here. I was a little anxious about what the process, wait time, etc. would be but they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The staff was friendly, organized and the longest part of the whole process is the 15 min wait time post shot. I seriously hope someone in management/corporate sees this and gives kudos to the pharmacy staff for the way they're running things. My husband went to another location and didn't have the same experience. Thank you Walgreens Wesley Chapel!

Yesterday I had questions about getting the Shingrix vaccine. I called the Walgreens pharmacy and the pharmacy tech was so kind and helpful on the phone. I actually stopped in .. completed the paperwork and received the first injection from the pharmacist. He did a great job with the injection. I would definitely recommend Walgreen’s pharmacy and staff in Wesley Chapel!!

Highly recommended. Superior pharmacists who listen to concerns & work with you to answer questions while meeting your medication needs.

I went to purchase 3 Shell gas station gift cards. It would only activate 1 and allowed me to pay for it. The other 2 wouldn't. The cashier was nice and tried to get a new one to see if it would work. It didnt. She called the manager in which she was NO help!! She said she would.have to go through the emails to see if there is an issue with them. HOWEVER, this manager NEVER attempted to even look to see what the issue is(not even through the emails as she just stated). She then shrugs her shoulders and says she cant do anything. Very disappointed!!! Will not go back to this store.

This is a small store, which is fine. As such, they have a limited number of items in stock, or discreetly placed. I came here looking for a household item, and was unable to find it. When I went to seek some help, there were 3 people who worked here all engaged in some intense conversation. I was basically being ignored, even though I was in plain site. I interrupted their little get-together and one asked if she could help me. She leads me to the item I was looking for, then tells me, "Sorry, we thought you were one of our vendors." That struck me as odd - so you IGNORE your vendors? Interesting. Go to Target across the street instead. The people are friendlier and you will find what you need without 'bothering' anyone.

The most condescending and absurdly rude pharmacist I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Whomever was answering phones on January 25th at 9am, your phone etiquette needs some serious work ma'am.
