It's in a convenient location for me, but the pharmacy team is clueless! More often than not, they are out of stock with medicines, so refills are impossible as they first haVe to "order" it from another pharmacy.

Enter the store was greeted but then took 10 minutes at the check out with the new cashier that's fine they hired new help however she got jumpy and didn't let me put my rewards number in I made two separate transactions and then went back and got something else the manager I assume came over and was attempting to take my two coupons that were for up to $5 off of my receipt at $5 each the products were only $3.50 each so the total was $7 she was trying to credit my tabs total to be a plus $3 credit for me I explained when she stated that she couldn't take the coupons because it would make it zero that the coupons were not worth as much as she was trying to put in but somehow it was my fault long story short I won't be shopping at Walgreens anymore and coupons are still a thing so if you don't know how to use them you should not be managing a store

You when you are 62 and want to buy cigarettes at the only store open on Christmas and the cashiers ask for an ID and smiles and he says I will lose my job if I sell them to you ! How can you be made for someone doing their job!!! But now Walgreens really cuz I definitely do not look 21! You lost my business at the pharmacy a month ago now Walgreens has completely lost all business!! Kudos to the kid doing his job though!!

I was given someone else’s medication today at this Walgreens. Please make sure you do your job correctly because this is a mistake that can cost someone their life and a mistake that should not have happened. I work in the healthcare industry and I know it’s a stressful industry to work in but we must stop to make sure we are doing things the right way. I’m stressed out thinking about this happening to someone that trust you are giving them the right prescription and them taking it not knowing what side effects the wrong medication can cause or even worse taking medication they are allergic to. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This pharmacy is just down the street from my house, but I will still never use them again. Some of the people are nice but a couple are just awful. Last time I filled my prescription they literally gave me the wrong pills, then denied it and accused me of lying. Before finally going "oh your correct pills are right here, oops don't know how that happened." Awful pharmacy.

Cannot get through to the pharmacy at all. Super staticky phone system, goes silent after about 5 seconds and then the call fails. I've tried this on different phones.

I've never had a problem picking up my prescription, on a partial. Do not use this pharmacy! I had a prescription for 28 pills. They only had 23 pills which means that five pills or remaining it should have been put on hold. Instead they tell me that the doctor has to call the remaining five in. I have never heard of this before my doctor was irate so that she was turning the pharmacist into the board because that was illegal and she wasn't going to prescribe my five pills that I am addicted to so now I'm having to go through withdrawals because of this pharmacist not knowing her stuff. On top of that previously I've always picked up my prescription the day before I'm out so I don't run out of my pills and I have to work. The pharmacist tells me I have to wait until I'm out of pills then proceeds to look at when I picked up my prescription the last time it says well you waited until 10:30 on a Saturday to pick it up so why can't you wait? I wasn't going to argue with her cuz she was just looking for an argument I'm not about to bow down to her level I waited went threw withdrawals because of her. I called Walgreens complaints department and lodged a complaint about her so I urge anybody that has a problem with the pharmacist Allison to do the same to get her the hell out of there.

Do not come here for photo services. I brought in a disposable camera and thought this would be an easy job but I guess it wasn’t.The associates didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing, 3 of them were behind the counter trying to figure out how to open the camera. They also never called back when the pictures were ready. When I eventually called to see if they were done and came to pick them up, they only had 16 pictures out of 27.I asked them to figure out why half the pics were missing and made the mistake of paying regardless. When I came back a week later for the missing pictures they said the lab wasn’t able to retrieve them so at this point I was ready to just take whatever pictures I had but the associate said I still needed to pay even though I told her I had already paid. She wouldn’t let me walk away with them so I had to come back AGAIN when the manager was there…Oh yeah, the whole thing took like 3 weeks too AND they still charged me the full amount even though half the pics were missing…I ended up going to Biggs Camera for my second disposable camera and they had all 27 pictures ready for me in 48 hours. The quality was better AND it was cheaper.Just go to professionals. Walgreens doesn’t know what they’re doing, they’ll erase your memories.

I have a prescription that is often difficult to deal with. I am in this area for work this week when I got my prescription. Ash and the pharmacy was super helpful and patient in dealing with this. Miles above the attention I receive at my local pharmacy in Graham. Thanks Ash.

The pharmacy is the worst. I've been getting the same prescription every month for almost a year. It gets held up because of an "insurance issue" even though I haven't had insurance for over a year.If you call they will hang up on you. Call back 2 more times and they'll hang up on you 2 more times. I asked someone at the store section to transfer me and she took my info down and said they'd give me a call back. As expected they didn't call back.2 days later I was finally able to get someone and requested my prescription be renewed (can't be done automatically) they said they would fill it and be ready that afternoon. 3 days later it wasn't done.In the drive thru if there is 1 car in front of you, you'll be there for 10-15 minutes minimum regardless of the time of day or how busy it is.
