“Starlight is a great place to spend your time. The place has a very mellow and comfortable atmosphere with a lot of different types of seating arrangements that are inside and outside. The people who run Starlight are very friendly, very reasonable people who are easy to have a conversation with. There are a variety of different events that take place at Starlight throughout the week too. I would give this place more stars if it was possible.
Kid-friendliness: I bring my 14 year old son to Starlight every week before his drum lessons, because his lessons take place across the street from there. They make him a killer hot chocolate. We also play ping pong and hulahoop in their courtyard when we have a little more time. The music inside starlight is generally kind of mellow, not offensive, and not super loud either.”

“We had a great experience here! They have multiple bathrooms that are super clean, and have a few food options. Starbucks, Bojangles and Einstien bagels to name a few. I loved the accessibility of the mother's room as well. Great for moms with babies.”

“Our group had a fantastic evening at our recognition dinner. Staff was friendly and service was orderly and on time. The grounds were in ideal condition. Would recommend again.Walkability: They had a path for HC scooters to enter the rose garden from the parking lot.Food & drinks: chicken was super tender.”
“Good venue, friendly people. Sound was a little muddy, but overall good experience. Floor is inclined like a theater towards the back half of the room so that may be slightly uncomfortable for some. Beer was about average price wise for most places I've been.”
“I checked in with a with a welcome and friendly happy smile from Amber. She accommodated me a higher floor near the corner to be more quiet. She even brought the sandals to me directly as housekeeper was off work. I feel she has great customer service that goes above and beyond. But, there were bunch of kids constantly opening a closing door all night, talked loud and even running at the hallway.I planned to swim in the morning, but the water was filthy dirty with hair, debris and floating stuff, likely caused by those kids again. Andrew was kind enough to offer to clean the pool, but it is just too dirty for me.Also, the room AC was strange as it constantly ran for few minutes and stop for about a minute. It was very loud that when it ran, I barely could hear the TV audio. I have stayed in many other aloft hotels before and never noticed or recall issue like this. She accommodateDon’t know why the corporate have a noisy mechanical clock next to the bed? I had to unplug it.I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, 1st night was rough, but other two nights were normal. Although the 1st night experience was bad, the staff were offered some compensation.”

“If you have ever wished that buying skates could be as easy and similar as going to a shoe store and trying on shoes before you purchase them, then you must make the trip to Redmond’s corner! It is located inside of Extreme Ice Center rink in Indian trail, NC near Charlotte. We traveled 4.5 hours by car to get here in order to be fitted by the famous Matt Redmond. When we were here we met Cody, who is probably the most patient and knowledgeable person I know when it comes to ice skating technology and fit. Yes, Redmond’s does have the newest technology to scan your feet for the proper fit, to identify pressure points and to help with width issues (sort of like road runner but for skates)…but most important they have what I refer to as the oldest technology (one that is extinct these days) and that is called excellent “customer service”! On our first trip up Cody spent hours with us to ensure we found the right boot. Then he fit the blades, watched my daughter skate, adjusted the blades accordingly, watched her skate again, sharpened the blades and mounted them right there in front of us. Matt double checked his work and gave it the thumbs up.
Fast forward two months and my daughter’s Jackson synergy skates broke down! I contacted Cody and he made it right. He asked for pictures, gave tips, suggestions and then eventually told me to bring them back so he could exchange them for another pair. That’s right folks! Completely unheard of in the world of skating. Not only did he stand by his product enough to exchange it and put my daughter in a different brand (of her choosing), but he also ordered the blades in a smaller size and got her in a better fitting boot at no additional charge. This place is the real deal. We will always travel to the Charlotte NC area and buy our skates from Redmond’s corner. They have earned our business and I recommend them to everyone. “We had our daughter's birthday party here and it was great. Communication was clear and they were very accommodating of additions and answered all questions patiently. The girls (princesses) got a mani-pedi, facial (aloe vera mask), light makeup and a new princess dress to change into (which they get to keep) completing the makeover. The girls couldn't stop admiring themselves in the mirror after the makeover. ? There was a fashion show with bubbles and confetti which the girls loved. The package also included a formal sit-down dining (and lots of food options). I highly recommend Pretty Princess Play Palace. They took care of everything and the girls had a great experience!”

“After being a member for two decades, I have seen the club transform into its current state which continues to be sophisticated and inviting with a modern appeal. One constant is Carrie who offers a smile upon every visit to the Charlotte City Club. She has always gone above and beyond in ensuring an extraordinary club experience. “Catawba has a location in Charlotte now so my friend and I stopped in to have a round and had a good time. I selected one of the IPAs and enjoyed it. We sat outside and listened to live music but if you want to sit inside it is spacious as well. Cheers!”

“I’ve been a member at this facility for 6 months now. Because most small offices are rented, I decided to work from a semi-public, shared desk space at first, which works well because this co-working space has four separate phone booths that enable private, longer meetings, which I needed. I have now been in a private office for 4 months and love it. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and great other tenants. Multiple lunch spots close by, in walking distance, which I enjoy. Only downside is a weird policy around the use of board rooms: there are three, and they are hardly ever in use. My office has one hour of boardroom time a month, so I wanted to use hours for three months to book a meeting for three hours two months in the future. But now, I would have to pay for two hours, because hours are not allowed to roll over, and have to be booked in the same month. To me, that’s a stupid, rigid, not user formerly policy.”

“Amazing Team-Building Experience at Bowlero!
We recently hosted our team-building event at Bowlero, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, which really helped to bring our team together.
The bowling lanes were well-maintained, and the food and drinks were excellent, providing the perfect setting for bonding and team camaraderie. Everyone had a fantastic time, and the event exceeded our expectations. Bowlero provided a great balance of fun and relaxation, which made it easy for our team to connect outside of the work environment.
