I have visited several times and always find the store well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people. They have helped me with Spectrum and Amazon returns, as well as shipping and notary. Always get in and out with fast, accurate, and helpful service.
The location is convenient, being next to a pharmacy, grocery, gas station, auto care, several restaurants and some specialty shops. We can pick up prescriptions, drop off Amazon returns, and grab dinner (or fixins for dinner) all in one stop.

I visited the store and witness Nancy deal with a disgruntled customer. The customer was upset because the agent was not able to find an email that she sent. The customer was rude and continued to blame the store because she did not have internet service to forward the return information to Nancy. As a person in management I was impressed by the professionalism she displayed when addressing her concerns. It was evident that she was trained well to handle conflict. Thank you Nancy for attitude of Doing the Right Thing.”

We brought in an extremely large and cumbersome box yesterday that turned out to be packed incorrectly. Yogesh, with our permission, repackaged it as if it just left the factory. He put in an extraordinary amount of effort to accomplish this. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you, Yogesh, you are a terrific owner!

There are certain employees at this location with zero customer service skills. People with such awful attitudes shouldn't work in a customer-facing environment.

Went in with a lot of prepaid USPS packages from my small business. Was informed they would not accept them due to USPS complaining about too much mail. I guess paying for a service for them not to honor it is a new thing now. Save your time with this place and just go to the post office!

DO NOT drop off a package here for the USPS. I dropped off a package around 3:00 that needed to go out the same day but they never said that it wouldn’t go out until tomorrow after 12:00. 24 hours later there is still NOTHING available on my package so who know where it is! Just to say, the USPS packages are only picked up once per day (at noon)!

I send all of my Amazon returns from this store. Never had a problem. Great customer service. I was out of town once and tempted to use another store for convenience, but waited until my return to come here after reading negative reviews about the other store. You don’t want to have a problem with your Amazon return. You’ll spend a lot of time sorting it out. Never a problem here! Thanks for the great service.
