Great location for self serve of Amazon returns. No waiting and very timely. In and out fast with code on your phone ahead of time. The staff help can go side ways at times as for some reason misses the fact that without customers there would be no job. Good to be busy.

The person working on Sunday 10/13 was incredibly rude and unprofessional to literally everyone who was in the store around 2:45p. I had no idea when the store closed and certainly didn’t expect it to close at 3p so I went to return an Amazon order. When I got inside there was a line. The woman behind the counter looked up at everyone and rudely said “I’m gonna tell you all right now, I’m closing in 8 minutes and I’m helping these people and it’s going to take the whole time, so if you can do it on the kiosk, great, otherwise I don’t know what to tell you”. I am genuinely shocked by the fact that any adult, let alone someone who works in a service industry, would think it’s okay to speak to customers in that manner. As a grown woman, I don’t appreciate anyone speaking to me like I’m an idiot. I was a district manager for 5 years and if one of my managers or supervisors spoke to someone like that, conversations would be had. I promptly turned around and walked out. I will not return to this location. I called to speak with the manager and was told there wasn’t one…..What an atrocity. The owner should be looking for new employees.
Edit to add: they will respond and ask that you contact them, after apologizing for the poor service, but nothing ever comes of it.

This UPS store is quite frustrating. I’ve been more than once when, according to a sign on the door, the internet was down so they were closed. The hours they are open are so inconsistent good luck getting there when they just happen to be open. I just now stopped by to do an Amazon return. I needed no assistance. It was 3:29 - store closes at 3:30 but the doors were locked. The guy inside was shaking his head no to me. The location is great for me but it isn’t worth the frustration.

I’ve used this UPS store location, for years. Everyone is friendly and handles all my needs. I love the relatively new Amazon drop off kiosk. I’m in and out in mere minutes!

I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience at this UPS Store. My son, who was in Florida, urgently needed his daily medication. I went to this store to ship the medication overnight, and paid $68 for what was supposed to be guaranteed next-day delivery.
The next day, when I checked the tracking number, the package still showed as being at the store. I went back in person, and the employee admitted that the driver had forgotten to pick it up. This wasn’t just a missed package — it was a critical medical delivery.
They handed the package back to me and told me I’d have to request a refund through UPS corporate. When I contacted UPS corporate, they redirected me back to the store. I returned again, and the employee asked me to leave my name and email, saying they would forward the request and I might get a refund in two weeks.
I’m sharing this review to raise awareness. How reliable is UPS if an overnight medical delivery can simply be forgotten — with no accountability, and a refund process that feels like passing the buck? What if this had been a life-threatening situation?

I use UPS at 3122 Fincher Farm Rd #100, Matthews, NC to drop off packages. I always print my labels when shipping a package. I always received quick service until that starting using a self drop-off where you have to place item in a clear bag for Amazon returns that don't require you to box before shipping. That's what UPS supposed to handle.

I really hate to write this review. As many others have mentioned the inconsistent store hours are annoying and inconvenient.
It’s my opinion that the biggest detriment is the several of the employees. It’s clearly evident that they are not eager to wait on customers, or even assist in any way. Several times now I have been told to “scan packages over there”. Keep in mind these are UPS packages, not Amazon returns. Bonnie can’t be bothered to get off her stool to scan packages. She’s very rude. There is a line of people waiting for the self serve kiosks and being told to “scan packages over there” is insanely unprofessional and honestly makes no sense.
Unfortunately this is the closest UPS store to our location. It’s worth the time to drive to a further location to not have to deal with the aggravation of being treated poorly.
I will say there is a younger gentleman named Logan that works there and he is always helpful and goes out of his way to assist customers. He is great to deal with.

The store hours are so very inconsistent here. They never match what’s posted on Google. So many times I’ve tried to bring my business here and they’re closed. This is no way to run a business.

Today, December 16, I went to this location when it clearly indicates that the hours are until 7, I arrived at 5:20 to notarize a document, there were 3 people, 2 men and 1 woman, one of the guys informed me that the woman was the The only one who notarized, he told her that it was to notarize, she didn't say anything, she continued doing what she was doing and then for about 2 minutes she simply told me that her schedule was until 5 that she was tired and that she couldn't do it. would do, which seemed like a total lack of respect, since I also work in customer service and I know that if I am there even though my schedule has ended, the priority will always be the customer.

The majority of employees here are rude and provide very poor customer service. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by simply dropping off packages, which is the whole point of the store… One lady in particular mumbles under her breath right in front of you and makes snide remarks. I understand people have bad days sometimes, but it’s the same story every time I come here.
*Updated*
Came here on 12/15 and the doors were locked with all the lights off at 2:55. They’re supposed to be open until 3. I get it, they don’t want a bunch of people coming in last minute, but there wasn’t even anyone inside. If I owned this store, I would be a bit concerned that my employees shut down and left the building before they were even technically closed…

Update for today 12/14, I been there to return Amazon package, the guy insisted of help me return it on his computer that every UPS store do that, he was rudely asking me to return it manually, then he left inside, it was confusing because the system asked me for a package size! Then the guy came back then I asked him for help he just gave instructions, he needs to get a class to know how to treat customers professionally. I don’t recommend Fincher Farm store, other UPS stores on Providence Road Providing great customer service. How much are you? How the hell?
On 12/26 at 4:28 it was a rainy day, I checked the website it tells open, but when I go there, I found the door closed, the sign at the front door still open.

Please update your store hours…. If you are actually closed on Sunday, please don’t put up a sign and have on the Internet that you’re open on Sunday from 10a-3p…. Very frustrating to make an unnecessary trip here.
